The wedding venue has a coordinator; do I need a wedding planner?
A venue event coordinator and a wedding planner is two very different things. While it is true that a venue event coordinator and wedding planner will have some over lap, there is still an big added value to having both.
A venue coordinator oversees the on site staff, to make sure they are fulfilling their contractual obligations, serving food on time, etc. A lot of times the venue coordinator is not there for the duration of the wedding.
A wedding planner makes every aspect run smoothly, greet all your vendors, send out a timeline prior, make sure you are having a great time celebrating and to ensure that your vision has become a reality.

Do you charge an initial consultation?
No. Our initial consultation is complimentary. This is a chance for us to get to know each other to see if we’re a good fit to work together.
How much communication will we have?
We respond to all emails and phone messages in a timely manner. Usually, we will respond to all messages within 24 business hours.
Will I have a wedding planner at my wedding?
Absolutely. Your wedding planner you’ve contracted with will personally attend your event along with at least one assistant.

A wedding planner is an investment in making sure your wedding day in Mallorca is beautiful and flawless while taking that stress and duty off you and your family. Just like you, your friends and family want to enjoy the day and celebrate with you rather than working your event for you.
